Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
This policy explains how the ENCE Returns & Order Issues system uses Google account authorization and Google Drive for ENCE customer-support operations.
Google data we access
The application requests Google Drive's limited drive.file scope. This allows the application to create and manage Google Drive files and folders that the application creates or that are otherwise made available to it.
How we use Google data
Google authorization is used only to operate ENCE's evidence-storage workflow. The application may create folders and store customer-submitted support evidence, such as product or order issue images, in the authorized ENCE Google Drive location.
How authorization credentials are stored
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are kept in server-side secret storage. They are not exposed to customers through the browser and are not stored in customer-facing forms.
Sharing and disclosure
ENCE does not sell Google user data. Google account authorization and Drive data are used only as necessary to provide the ENCE operational workflow and with service providers required to operate that workflow.
Retention and deletion
Evidence and related operational records are retained only as needed for customer support, returns, security, legal, and legitimate business purposes. Google authorization can be revoked from the connected Google account, which prevents future access through that authorization.
Limited Use
ENCE's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the integration changes. The current version will remain available at this URL.
